There’s more than one way to trap a piece. The first trapping trick you learn makes use of enemy pieces in bad positions. They are cutting off the way for their own teammate.

What do you have to do?
Trap an enemy piece. Find a piece that has few squares it can move to and attack it.

The black rook cannot move at all.
He is trapped by his own pieces (knight and two pawns).
The rook is locked in a cage!
White can attack the rook with his knight.
The knight should follow the green arrow.
Black cannot save his rook.
White takes the trapped rook and wins 5 points!
